40-60 cm hoch, vom Grund an verzweigt, unten oft holzig, kahl. Blätter lineal, 6-7 cm lang und 2-5 mm breit, gekielt, ganzrandig oder mit punktförmigen, knorpeligen Zähnchen, Rand +/- nach unten gerollt, zerrieben karottenartig riechend. In den oberen Blattwinkeln oft kurze Blattbüschel. Köpfe einzeln am Ende der Zweige, Durchmesser 1,5-2,5 cm. Zungenblüten 12-15, wie die Röhrenblüten gelb. Hüllblätter mit bräunlicher Spitze.
