Species description (Flora Helvetica 2018)

5-15 cm hoch. Stängel sehr kurz, alle Blätter in +/- grundständiger Rosette. Blätter unpaarig gefiedert, mit 10-15 Fiederpaaren, behaart bis fast kahl. Nebenblätter bis fast zur Hälfte mit Blattstiel verwachsen. Blüten gelblich oder weiss, manchmal violett überlaufen, 15-20 mm lang. Schiffchen mit oder ohne violettem Fleck. Blütenstand 8-18blütig, aufrecht, sein Stiel 1-2mal so lang wie das nächste Blatt. Frucht blasig erweitert, im Kelch ungestielt, aufrecht, 1,5-2 cm lang, kurzhaarig.
