10-20(-30) cm hoch. Sporangienstand ährenförmig-2reihig, 2-5 cm lang und 3-4 mm breit, bis 10 cm lang gestielt, auf einem länglich-eiförmigen, ungeteilten und ganzrandigen, gelbgrünen, fettig glänzenden, am Grund trichterförmig in den langen Stiel verschmälerten Blatt.
