5-40(-70) cm hoch, mit einfachen und mit einzelnen Sternhaaren. Grundständige Blätter in einer Rosette, gestielt, ungeteilt bis fiederteilig, gezähnt oder ganzrandig, obere umfassend. Kronblätter weiss, 2-3 mm lang, länger als der Kelch. Schötchen 3eckig, flach, 4-10 mm lang und fast ebenso breit, mit geraden oder leicht konvexen Seiten, Stiele fast waagrecht abstehend. Fruchtstand stark verlängert.
