25-60 cm hoch, aufrecht, meist verzweigt, ganze Pflanze von Sternhaaren grau. Blätter lanzettlich, ganzrandig oder entfernt gezähnt, bis 5 cm lang, die unteren kurz gestielt, früh absterbend, die oberen sitzend. Kronblätter weiss, 4-6 mm lang, fast bis zur Mitte 2teilig. Schötchen 5-10 mm lang und 3-5 mm dick, auf 5-10 mm langen, aufrechten Stielen.
