Synthesis

50-150 cm hoch, meist unverzweigt, samtig-filzig behaart. Blätter im Umriss 3- oder 5eckig, mit spitzen Lappen oder +/- ungeteilt, unregelmässig gezähnt. Blüten zu mehreren, kurz gestielt in den Blattwinkeln. Aussenkelchblätter 6-9, allmählich verschmälert, am Grund verwachsen. Kronblätter blassrosa bis weiss, 1,5-2,5 cm lang, etwa doppelt so lang wie der Kelch. Frucht +/- dicht behaart und fein gerippt, Durchmesser 5-8 mm.
